A fix has now been deployed to all computers and servers that remain online / accessible.

If your computer is still experiencing issues. Please open a support case via email to support@theglue.com.au with your best contact number and availability over the next 72 hours.

Computers that continue to stall at the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) will need to be returned to The Glue for remediation..

Most systems and services have now resumed regular operations.

If your computer is still experiencing issues with a Blue Screen after a forced restart please open a service desk ticket via email to support@theglue.com.au.

Please include your availability over the next 72 hours, and your best contact phone number. Our support team will then be in touch to assist with resolution of the Blue Screen remotely.

If we're unable to access your device remotely to deploy the fix, it may require return for service.

Crowd Strike - the provider of one of the world's leading Anti-Malware products has released a faulty software update. This is affecting major companies across the globe.

Backend infrastructure that supports many commonly used software applications are also affected resulting in widespread outages across many systems and services.

The Glue is continuing to monitor progress to resolution with Crowd Strike and will provide further updates as they become available.

We're aware of a global issue affecting computers that run CrowdStrike Security Protection Products where computers will randomly Blue Screen and require restart.

Crowd Strike is investigating and working on a resolution.
