AWS has confirmed they have fully resolved the outage affecting their US-West services. If you are still experiencing issues with specific applications please raise a support case with our Service Desk for investigation.
IMPORTANT Be aware of attempts by cybercriminals to leverage outage notifications for phishing campaigns. Do not click links in emails from platform providers. Navigate to service health notifications and status pages directly from the relevant application or confirm the status of an issue directly with The Glue's service desk.

Amazon has started applying mitigations and there are some websites recovering.
Examples of services affect include: Read.Ai, Canva, Ring Doorbell, Xero, Telstra, Google and many other websites that you might use on a personal and business basis.
At this time multiple software Platform Vendors are experiencing outages due to an ongoing AWS incident https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status within their US1 Region. If you're attempting to access sites, apps or resources and are experiencing errors, this is likely unrelated to your computer or internet service. All services provided by The Glue and our subsidiaries are functioning as normal.
