The issue related to a configuration change on the upstream providers network that caused a loss of connectivity for some customers in the East Coast of Australia. Our provider is continuing with their investigations to ensure this issue doesn't happen again.
Some customers in QLD, NSW and VIC are experiencing an internet outage on their NBN services.
NBN is aware of the fault and is investigating. There is no ETA on restoration.
