Voice services have returned to normal.
Here is the update from our provider: "Throughout yesterday afternoon and overnight, the Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack subsided after peaking yesterday morning. Traffic levels have eased, and we are seeing services return to normal. Services are returning to normal operational levels. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption. We remain committed to ensuring the stability and security of our services."
Our team is continuing to closely monitor traffic levels along with our upstream providers and network partners, should the DDoS attack traffic return.
We're aware of an issue affecting inbound and outbound call quality on our Buzz Business Voice services for Australian calls. Internal calls between extensions are unaffected, and outbound calls to international numbers are not affected.
Our upstream provider has confirmed that there is an increase of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) which is causing this issue. We understand the significant impact this event is having and are committed to restoring your services as quickly as possible.
